On numerous occasions I have contacted Vodacom, to report them how bad their service is in Phalaborwa/Tzaneen area.
At first they blamed my phone, they even said I should UPDATE my iPhone to Software version 4 -> What a joke... iPhone is already passed Version 6 with the iOS... After they created a project for me, to test my line on numerous phones. They finally admit to the issue that the Vodacom network is TOO full.
This morning, I had FULL Vodacom signal, but by 12:30, I received a message from Vodacom, that there was 4 numbers that tried to dial me, and was logged as missed calls. (Not on my phone, as per SMS, my phone never rang nor had any evidence on it.)
ANY future cellphone users, DONT move to Vodacom, Hulle Wou Da Kom, maar jul kan nie. Stay with your old network. As this network is too congested and there is NO space for more phones on the network. And to my disappointment -> Vodacom just launched ANOTHER promotion, to get over flood its weak network.
