The Vodacom network has been totally unreliable the past 3 months. Calls are continuously dropped, and one often has to phone numerous times just to finish a conversation. Complete network failure is a regular occurrence. Signal strength varies by the minute. The last two days there has been a complete collapse of the network. My business came to a complete standstill yesterday as we were unable to make calls, or send SMS. While typing this complaint, my signal has gone from full strength to "no network" and back to half strength. Vodacom has no problem charging for full minutes, when calls are dropped only a few seconds after connecting.
