I made a report about mtn's data service's. They send me a paper to fill in and then send to their signal department. I did full in that partical form. Signal is not the problem. I feel that this is breach of contract I was at my service provider and they showed me the problem is lying at MTN. It seems that i am permanently throttled and on my mtn uncapped lite package I get 30bk/s where mtn promised uncapped and then throttled after 3g has been reached. I dont want to fill in a form. I want someone capable at mtn to contact me so whe can discuss this problem and solved it. Seems no one wants to help. Mtn is advertising a misleading contract and policiy.
