I am not happy about how they are handling things. I came there several times last year, in 2023, and they said they would call me later this year, in 2024. They did call me, but they are still delaying. My matter is very urgent; I can't continue like this. I am so tired. My pain is severe, and it has caused swelling and soreness—it could burst at any time. To think, I could lose my life without receiving any help is distressing. There are professional doctors who can handle my case, but no, it seems very hopeless.
