Various complaints has been laid against MTN and Autopage and still nothing has been done. My MTN Uncapped Lite internet is permanently throttled and we do not ever get the downloading speed as stated in the agreement. I have visited Autopage and they agree that I am not getting the downloading speed as stated in the contract. Now MTN has responded stating that they do not have access to Autopage to view the billing or faults with regard to account issues. This is however not the problem. I am permanently throttled and I do not receive the downloading speed as agreed in the contract. Could MTN and Autopage please assist to resolve this issue? I have reported this problem to MTN and Autopage and I have still not received a response. I am very dissatisfied. I am paying for a product that I am NOT receiving. Please urgently assist.
