Cancelling service nightmares and throttling

To Mweb,

i have been sending emails and seems noone wants to answer my few questions. i got the 1MB uncapped and when i signed up the contract, T&C's just said AUP and nothing specific abt amount of data usage. now in the middle of the month i get throttled, and i when i tried to cancel i am told i have to give 1 calender month, even when i cant even browse a page online!!
i also have been getting conflicting info, one callcentre agent told me i can cancel immediately if i send the form, only to take 2days to send the form, and the other one said the policy was effective 01 Sept, but i was throttled right in the middle of the month. so i that i give October as notice!! and stil expect me to pay ful instal for Oct, even with a throttled service. why was i not throttled on 01 Sept? why was i not warned that i am approaching "throttling"? i surely can not pay R339 for the whole month and not be able able to use the service. something is not right. some indication of amount of data cap in "uncapped" would help, not just say uncapped and then "cap" it by throttling!!
i just need some answers and not the copy and paste i have been getting!!
