My boyfriend and I flew this weekend, 21st April from Durban to Johannesburg and someone had broken off his lock off his bag and his cologne out of the bag! R800. worth of cologne, he bought a week ago! When I called to complain I was told that it was not there problem and they could not do anything about it. I even took the luggage insurance and with that they still cannot help me. disgusting service and responsiblity! I will never use Mango again!
