My girlfriend flew from Johannesburg to Durban. Between Johannesburg and durban the lock on her bag was broken off and not to be found. The lock was a R250.00 bag lock, something that isn't easy to break. The stuff in her bag was in a complete mess, clearly they couldn't find anything they wanted. I have emailed mango and nothing has come of it. Now if it has nothing to do with their staff, they can't even reply to let me know who to speak to. AS THEY DON'T GIVE A FLYING This is the last time I fly with them.
