I arrived from the OR Tambo airport this evening and upon arriving at my hotel I found my lock broken smashed off and personal items which I needed desperately was... I felt so sad and dissapointed as this is the first time my luggage was broken into and... just wanted to cry... as I'm on a business trip needed my clothing etc..as I had a small luggage case and minimal items packed! Mango Airlines need more security!!! You cannot allow these bad behaviour towards your passengers! These individuals who and violate your passengers privacy needs to be severely punished..I need my stuff to be replaced! Can someone please call m? as I found no joy contacting mango... tonight..
