ON THE MORNING OF THE 26TH OF JANUARY 2013, I TOOK TRUST TO MANGO AIRLINES TO TRANSPORT ME FROM JOHANNESBURG TO DURBAN.
ON ARRIVING AT DURBAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, I FOUND THAT THE LOCK ON MY BAG WAS BROKEN, AND MY BAG WAS TAMPERED WITH. I WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND EXTREMELY UPSET!!!
WHAT GIVES THE BAGGAGE DEPARTMENT OF MANGO AIRLINES (OUTSOURCED OR NOT) THE RIGHT TO TAMPER WITH LUGGAGE???
NOW, I HAVE TO INCUR UNNECESSARY CHARGES TO REPLACE BROKEN LOCKS AND MY BAG!
HERE'S HOPING THAT THIS WILL BE SORTED OUT BY THE RELEVANT PERSONNEL ONCE I GET BACK TO JOHANNESBURG.
I HOPE THAT THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE WILL BE SEVERELY APPREHENDED, AND WILL IN FUTURE HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPECT A PERSON'S BELONGINGS.
