my mom who is a pensioner a hour ago booked a return flight from east london to cape town online, for 27th March to 2 April. costing 5500 for 2 people return.
she immediately realised her mistake once booked that the flights for each trip are in the wrong direction and immediately contacted SAA.
SAA says they will now only refund 2400 of the 5500 cause of this little mistake, and cant switch the directions of the flights on the 2 days
PATHETIC PATHETIC to rip off pensioners for a little human error
