I went to the Forever Resorts website to make an online reservation for the self catering chalets at Warmbaths in December 2012 and early January 2013 for a weekend in February 2013. I input all necessary information into the system and submitted my reservation request. System informed me that a reservation consultant will contact me to complete the reservation. To date no one has contacted me. So I contacted the reservations call center on 0147368500 yesterday and was told that all chalets have been booked and only the hotel is now available. They also said that they have no record of any online reservation?? I budgeted a certain amount for accomodation and the hotel fees are out of my budget. Why does the online reservation system not work. All our family are going to be at the camp site that weekend and we decide to book into the SC because we have a little 1 year old. Why have online reservations when the system does not work. Our weekend away is now ruined.
