I booked flights on Kulula but inadvertantly gave the wrong date for the return flights. Realising my error within hours of the transaction, I went online as there is a statement that one is allowed to make one change online. When I tried to do so, I was informed that I could not change the flight. I then tried the "help"line and all of Friday, and again today (Saturday) the response there is "The network is congested" That was for the whole of Friday (I tried ALL day) and again from 7am this morning. I have sent emails to [Email Removed] and have had no response from them either.. As these flights are only for April next year, i am well within all the claims Kulula makes... even the ability toi change flights up to 2 hours before the flight!!
