My partner and i had booked flights with different reference numbers (because of different Vitality details) so when we had to change the time of our connecting flights from CT to JHB because of another airline's cancellation, my flight cost me R399. 2 minutes later the exact same flight cost my partner R627 to change. Then another 2 minutes later i checked and was absolutely disgusted to note that the price had gone down to the original amount again, after he booked and paid. Don't try to tell me that it depends on online availability and the number of people on the website, because that is a lie. Kulula is a rip off and this is a money making scheme. Don't bother to contact me unless it is to offer an apology and a refund.
