Deposit not paid back

We rented a holiday flat over the Easter weekend in Margate and the R300 key deposit was suppose to be paid back in 3 weeks there after. Ina keeps on saying that she paid it back around the 16 April, but it is not showing on my bank statement. I keep on asking for the proof of payment, but she keep on saying she will investigate, but nothing comes from it. After many emails and phone calls I still have not received my key deposit or any proof of payment to help investigate if she maybe used the wrong bank account numbers.
