We are highly DISGUSTED and disappointed with Kulula. You claim yourselves to be a "low cost airline with affordable flights"... until one decides to change a date of the ticket. We payed R3300 for our flights, which is already in itself a RIP OFF considering what you get on the flight... a whole load of NOTHING! Now we are being charged R684 just for a date change and on top of that the "difference" in fares is actually less than the original flights cost!
I would love for Kulula to justify how they can charge R684 just to change a date. Its absurd! I can understand R150 to the most, but R684? Really Kulula... just another way to make money because the changes are not even done by your staff its done online by the passenger!
Nevermind the R25 booking fee we already pay via discovery. I seriously hope discovery finds some other airline... what is the point of the vitality discount if you just rip us off anyway?
An answer on the justification of this fee would be great, i am also not interested in some lame form of automated response either! I have been told me the call centre will call me, this was Fri, its Sun now... are your incompetent staff even going to call to sort this out?
