I have also completed the survey but to date, nobody has responded. My husband & I are really disappointed with the "don't care" attitude that Dream Vacation Management has taken regarding our concerns. In my opinion, this was no holiday but a waste of our points and our time...
Mount savannah has the following major problems:
o Cockroaches! I had to dust all our clothes, check food and everything before we left and everything had to be washed, even clean clothes that we didn't wear
o Mattresses that are completely sunk. Did not sleep the 1st night. Only on 3rd night the mattress was changed and it was just as bad!
o Not informed that management has 2 little boys that were all over the place from the time they got back from school and very busy and crying very often. The baby was sick, so I do understand but my point is that if I knew that there were children at the resort, I would not have booked there. We just wanted some quiet, romantic, couple time.
