Flight BA6321 Cape Town - PE Sun 31 March 2013

Our flight from Cape town to Port Elizabeth was diverted back to Cape Town twice, and we eventually got a flight to PE 21 hours later. We had to pay for a night's accommodation and taxis to and from Cape Town for which we got no assistance from British Airways. We were going to pOrt Elizabeth for a two night safari, and we had missed 24 hours of this. We decided to add an extra night onto the end of our once-in-a-lifetime holiday so we could still get two days on safari. To our astonishment BA charged us a? 250 admin fee to change our flight from JoBurg to London Heathrow to the following day.
I complained to BA asking for compensation and was told to write to Comair in Durban. I sent a letter a month ago and have had no response whatsoever, which I am disgusted about.
