Unpleasant Experience on JHB - DURBAN flight 623

As I boarded the plane, I realized I needed to change my baby's nappy so I asked Charne where I could go, she seemed extremely exasperated and pointed me to the bathroom. She did not offer assistance even though she could see I was struggling with bags and my baby and I did not know how to use the change table.
She only asked me one question "is it a number 1 or a number 2". When I told her I think its a 2, she pushed the door closed behind me and said the door had to stay closed.
My baby started to scream, as she was not used to being confined. I opened the door and told her I needed the door to stay open, she again seemed exasperated by my simple request and still did not offer to help.
When I disembarked, I asked her name and she barked that she would also be lodging a complaint against me for how I spoke to her and for slamming the door on her??!!! This is a blatant as the door opens in the opposite direction to where she was standing! She was extremely rude to me in front of other Kulula staff and passengers.

Not only did she impair my dignity in front of everyone on the plane, but she ruined my trip.

Her behaviour today was a total disgrace to Kulula.
