RIP-OFF..!

Imperial Toyota (Cape Gate). I took my Fortuner there for a service yesterday. Can anyone explain to me how to replace a battery of a "service" key? Service Manager and Technician both admitted that this was a mistake, and offer to give my 80 bucks back. What guarantee do I have that any other work / components as indicated on invoice has legitimately been done / replaced? Disgusting..!
