On Tuesday, 9 April I left work early to stop at PEP. I know they close at 17:30 and I arrived at 17:15. I saw the door was closed and I noticed the hours board which showed clearly Monday - Thursday they are open till 17:30. I knocked on the door and indicated with my hands to the lady why are they closed. She started talking to me but I pointed at the door as of course I could not hear what she was saying. She opened the door and told me they closed at 17:00. Her name was Donna. I said but on the sign outside it showed 17:30??? She said that they have training on a Tuesday and that is why they close at 17:00. I asked her where the sign for that was but she did not answer me. I had to leave without having access to the shop. There is just one thing bothering me. What kind of training are they doing when all the ladies are standing with handbags and ready to go in front of the door at 17:15??? Very disappointing!!
