Toys R Us
Baby room dilemma

First off, let me say how wonderful it is that you provide such an amazing facility for moms to use to feed and change their bubbas at the Pavilion. Unfortunately, my experience of this room was tainted today, not once, not twice, but three times while breastfeeding my baby. There is no lock on the door so you are only able to close it. You would think normal 'closed door etiquette' would prevail and people would knock on the door before barging in, but you would be wrong! Two different staff members, within the space of the twenty minutes I was in the room, opened the door without knocking to 'see if it was occupied'. Could they not have achieved this by knocking first? It was extremely uncomfortable to be breastfeeding with people opening the door randomly. Then a member of the public opened the door nice and wide and asked if she could 'just quickly change her son's nappy? ' Um... I have my out, what do you think? Can you please put some kind of latch on the door or at least a sign on the outside that requests that people knock before just barging in?
