Injured on a Flight, Yet no Responsibility Taken

Flying back from Cape Town - Lanseria on flight, MN454 on 30/10/13, when a passenger with hand luggage over the regulation size was looking for somewhere to stow his bag. The steward opened the compartment above where we were sitting, moved the bags around, "stuffed" this bag in - this was after we told him there was no space. The steward then closed the compartment door, walked away - basically ignoring us. During take-off the compartment door opened, one of our bags, that had been moved around by the steward, fell out, hit me on the head, neck, shoulder, chest. I blacked out briefly, had a headache and sore chest. The head stewardess was so concerned she gave me oxygen and a coke to drink, stated she would log the incident & someone would contact me. I have since being to a chiropractor 3 times for bruised ribs, sternum, shoulder and neck, my headache persisted for about 4 days. On 01/11/13, I contacted Kulula as I had not heard anything - the did not have a log of this. Kulula have now stated my husband opened the compartment & the bag fell on me - this is a blatant lie!
