I booked my son on the 09:15 bus departing from Midrand to Kimberley. He boarded the bus at 09:15 to Park Station and at 10:40 I received a message from my son that he has been told by Greyhound that the bus is delayed and he will be travelling at 13:00! I have not received any communication from Greyhound to inform me of the delay and when I called the contact centre, no one seemed to know about the delay. I find this absolutely unacceptable as the least i expected from them is a notification to let me know of the delay. am I specifically made the booking at 09:15 to ensure that my son travels during the day and arrives in Kimberley early before it gets dark.
I am unhappy with the service i received from Greyhound, being the reputable carrier that they are!
