Arrival time on three different bookings late!

On Friday, 22 March my son had a booking on the 16:15 bus from Midrand to Vereninging. 15 min after the supposed arrival time, I received a sms to tell us the bus will be a half hour late. 20 min later another sms, informing us the bus will be 45min late. The bus arrived at 17:30. No appoligies or explanations were given.

On Wednesday, 27 March from Kimberley, my sister and her daughter were book on the bus to Cape Town at 12:45. Once again the bus only arrived 2 hours later. No sms was received untill she was at De Doorns, informing her of another bus that was late.

On Tuesday, 2 April she was booked back to Kimberley. The arrival time of the bus was 19:05. I had to phone the contact centre to find out about the bus. Then only I was told that the bus will be 3hours late. Up to date I have not received any sms'e.

I can't believe that a company as big as Greyhound have such major problems. Many people waiting on the bus deceided that they will not make use of Greyhound again.

I hope they could get their act together, because the Gauteng schools start on the 9 April.
