Worst service from SAA Voyage

On the 29th of March 2013, I made a flight booking to Cape Town, for myself and my fiance as SAA was pressurizing people to use their miles or forfeit them by the 31 of March 2013. I was on the phone with a lady from the call center for almost 30 minutes doing the booking and after all was confirmed, we received e-tickets for Friday the 5th of April 2013. When we got to the airport to check in, we were told that our book gigs on the system but we did not have tickets and had to chat to ticket sales.

Ticket sales informed us that we had not paid for airport taxes (which the call center never informed me of) and that m booking was cancelled and my miles expired. We got on the phone with SAA Voyage and they made all the excuses and an hour later, after having missed two flights to Cape Town and spending almost R4 000 on another ticket, Voyager could not assist and the supervisor that was "helping"me (after listening to the tape of my conversation while dong the booking and confirming that I was not told about "airport taxes") told me that she did not have the power to reinstate my miles and that all her superiors were on training. Called Voyager again this morning- still no luck.
