I'm travelling to durban from bethlehem, bus is supposed to be here at 03:50 but as usual its late, but this time greyhound decided I don't need to know, I can just b here a garage from 03:30 in a freezing cold and no-one cares. I called the call centre at 04:28 and spoke to a lady with the biggest attitude, she kept me on hold for 6 minutes I don't know what the she was checking and finally came back and told me the bus is on its way, like I don't know that.. I wanted to know how delayed it is as I never received any communication. As soon as I was done with her since she was a no help at all, I received an sms at 04:38 saying the bus is running an hour late..Really greyhound? I guess its time to find an alternative transport because greyhound is forever disappointing. My ticket ref is T7VNUVHE
