On the 22nd Dec i booked myself and kids aged 2 and 6 years to Welkom on a Greyhound bus that was to leave at 16:15 from Pretoria Station. We 1st waited without any notification at the station for over an hour not updated of the status of the bus. Then ultimately we were told to get into a Citiliner Bus in which we asked that why are we getting into the said Bus and not a Greyhound only then when we were already leaving were we advised that we will be changing buses in Park station to use the Greyhound which I thought the changing will be well coordinated taking into effect that i had 2 small kids with me. We then arrived at Park station where it was a stampede we had no assistance moving luggage to the other bus as unsafe as it was I had to carry my 2year old daughter and leave 6yr to guard the other luggage in the middle of all the commotion we were told that the Greyhound Bus was full and that we should use a Mega Coach Bus which not even correct seating was allocated we were told to just sit anywhere. It was the worst experience for me and my daughters that late at Park Station. It was my first and worst experience without even using their buses but fully paid for them.
