On the 31st March 2013 At 20:15 I booked a flight OAVUBE, from OR Tambo to KIng Shaka, I had made a mistake booking that flight I realised 10minutes later, and called the OR Tambo office to cancell or rebook the flight, it took them 20minutes to help, the flight ws leaving at 21:30 finally Bongani tshabalala tried to help but the internet gave an arrear and said contanct the call centre . which I did the next day, got throught Constance who was going to assist me, but still I have had no feedback, i have even sent the query on Twitter, but no assistance there iether. Really bad service!!!
