My kulula credit card was on the 28 March 2013, I blocked and asked for a replacement on the same day. I called on the call centre for a follow up on the 5 April 2013, as I received no feedback.
I got through to a very rude, discerning Siphiwe Nhlako, who at first without taking my details said i will be called next week, when I was told it would take 3 working days, this was way past that. I asked him to please check on my account which he did very reluctantly. and was patronising throughout. I than went on to explain my phone had a problem and I would like to give a alternate number, and asked when i can expect a call, Siphiwe was extremely condescending, and gave me sarcastic comments.
I have had a kulula card for well over 5 years, and never had a experience with someone as haughty as this.
