I recieved my replacement Kulula card yesterday.
as per the instructions with the card i went to an FNB atm to activate my card and change the pin.
the change your pin option was greyed out and did not work as mentioned by kulula.
i then tried to go online as per the instructions of a call centre agent on the online side, and during the process of registering it tells me this is not allowed for this type of card.
i then call the call centre again and spoke to a lady just now at about 15:38 who tells me to follow the same process i already did.
i explained it will not work and can i therefore have someone senior to speak to...
This lady had the nerve to put me on hold!!
She does this and i am holding for minutes and realise she hasn't been attending to me but rather shoved me off and left me on hold indefinitely.
This attitude is pathetic and i am seriously upset over treatment like this.
I am going to cancel this card if i do not get satisfactory assistance within the next few hours.
