Flight delayed with out any notice

I was booked on the BA flight from cape town to OR Tambo.

The BA flight had problems and was indefinitely delayed, I had to catch a later flight where I lost a day at work no work no pay.

I had also needed to make alternative arraignments for pick up because flight was moved from a BA flight to Kulula and landing changed from OR Tambo to Lanseria airport.

We were standing at CPT international without any info. Persons taking a connected flight was helped 1st and the rest was left without knowing what the plans were. All I knew was my name was called and a had a flight to Lanseria airport no one asked me if I want or can fly there..

I have email Kulula about this there was not even an email back to apologize.
