Shocking service in the Kulula credit card depart

Over a week ago I applied for a Kulula credit card, of which I then recieved an email the same day saying it was approved and they need my identification docs to verify my information. I then faxed everything and more the next day. Now one week later I still have had no response from Kulula or their FNB divison who supplies the cards and someone in their department incorrectly captured my details so I cannot even view my own account!!! Even though I have now faxed and emailed my various identification documents to them TWICE. Still no one can assist me, they're answer is just to keep trying consultants until someone makes a mistake and lets me into my account!! How grossly negligent is that??? I have had the same response from FNB aswell who have been just as unhelpful. Seems like applying for a Kulula credit card will never get you anywhere! Cause no one knows how to capture your details correctly or provide the necessary service to customers that should be standard practice. VERY UNIMPRESSED.
