Brought my daughters bicycle down from Jnb to Dbn on 22 Feb and it didn't arrive. It was apparently left behind in Jnb. Today, 28 Mar, I get to Dbn from Jnb MN619 and my bag is the only one not on the flight. This time all I can be told is that it was loaded onto the flight but cannot be located. My reference number is DURMN19666. I just REALLY need my bag ASAP. I would appreciate it if it was returned in one piece.
