FLIGHT TO HEATHROW FIRST DELAYED THEN CANCELLED THEN RE-SCHEDULED BUT NOT GAURANTEED TO LEAVE THAT SAME NIGHT. TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER SAA FLIGHT- TOLD THAT LUGGAGE WOULD BE TRANSFERRED. DURING THE FLIGHT IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING REQUESTED A SOFT DRINK AND WAS TOLD DO NOT SERVE REFRESHEMENTS DURING FLIGHT OTHER THAN MEAL TIMES. ATTENDANTS MOST UNHELPFUL IN ALL RESPECTS. LANDED AT HEATHROW AND TOLD LUGGAGE WAS NOT TRANSFERRED- RECEIVED LUGGAGE MORE THAN 24 HOURS LATER. RETURN FLIGHT LEFT ON TIME BUT AGAIN SERVICE AND ATTENDANTS NOT PLEASANT OR HELPFUL. FLIGHT LEFT ON CHRISTMAS EVE. UNLIKELY TO TRAVEL TO HEATHROW LONDON ON SAA AGAIN. TOILETS WERE NOT CHECKED REGULARLY FOR REFILLS OF SOAP AND TOILET PAPER.
