I made a booking on kulula yesterday and did an eft from a standardbank to a standard bank account within 15 minutes. I just received a call from kulula stating that I need to pay in a certain ammount, as that fare is no longer availible. I then requested a refund and was told that a refund takes 6-8 weeks... why? Why do I have to pay in if all the requirments were met? The call centre ladies were very friendly and helpfful and I do applaud them for all their efforts in resolving the matter. I do however think that the way things are done at kulula makes their jobs impossible, as my complaint was a result of flawed systems and processes at kulula.
