The flight scheduled for 6.30am on Kulula was changed to the 7am flight on BA without notice. This flight was specifically booked given the departure time following the Easter weekend, so as to arrive at work promptly and in time for meetings. The flight was shifted by half an hour, and furthermore, as a Kulula, rather than a BA customer, one is offered only middle seats despite now checking in 90 minutes ahead of flight time. I find the entire experience to be of poor service, without so much as an explanation or an apology as had one known the time, another flight would have been booked.
