My stuff from my bag

I travelled from Namibia to Johannesburg on Sunday flight 6274 (if memory still serves well). I got home to find out that some of my stuff were. This is unacceptable, i have travelled on other airlines and have never had this experience. The first and definately the last time i use British Airway i get home to find my luggage not in tact.
