Tried to book accommodation for the Easter weekend. Was asked for my membership no, the area I would like to go to and amount of people, just to be told that they do not book weekends because of the school holidays, only full weeks. You should cater for ALL your clients, not just a select few. So because I cannot book a full week, my subscription to a holiday club is absolutely useless. I ended up paying cash for a weekend somewhere else. Whats the point in paying every month for points you can only use when flexiclub says you can. I am as much a paying customer as the person that is able to take the full week. This is really a total waste of money. I cannot see how flexiclub is still in business, oh yes, they live off our hard earned money that we get NOTHING in return for.
