6 months to change my voyager details

It's still yet to be processed by SAA.

Last September I found I wrote my name wrong so can't get miles accumulated. Then I go to the counter in OR Tambo and someone help me mailed a paper request.

After 3 months I found nothing changed. So I go to the counter again to check why. Nobodies knew, only one said I should contact the call centre.

Then I called and check, someone said they haven't got the mail. She told me I should send an email.

Alright, I sent email on 12/12/2012. Then only on 28/01/2013, after I called several times, I got a reply, saying they need my ID copy.

that, that WAS in my email. Alright, I sent again.

Again, no reply after 2 months. I sent emails with always no reply. Today I called SAA again and they said they haven't got my email.

that, is there a monster in SAA devouring all the mails? For the 6 months I've sent 5 emails and 1 paper mail and they claim they only received 1 of them; I made more than 10 calls but can't make any process.

So after 6 months from my first request, my name is sill not corrected.
