I cancelled my policy in December and I was told there is enough time for Dial direct to not process their debit order. I was told to e-mail them my banking details I did this on the 28 December 2012. I was told to e-mail again my statement on the 4th and received an e-mail back " Thank you for your e-mail. A friendly client services consultant will respond to your request within two working days.
on the 7 January 2013 I e-mailed following up on this and received another auto reply to e-mail my bank statement which I did I then received another auto reply e-mail "You recently sent an email to Office Automation mail robot with subject line:
FW: Refund - Policy # 828413184
on 2013-01-07 at 10:53:33.
We received this email on 2013-01-07 at 10:53:34.
This email has been generated Automatically.
Please do not reply to this email."
In all of this no one has phoned me. Today 28th Jan 2013 I have spoken to Nombuzo @ 02:58pm who hungup on when she was supposed to put me through to Maureen who updated my policy saying that she received my claim today and sent it to a consultant to process I phoned again and Boitumelo who tried to help but was told my claim will not be processed
