I board their bus on the 22nd of March from byo to pta at arnd 4pm, jus abt 5km frm byo we stopped coz the bus had no fuel. After an hour they brought the fuel and we went. We got to Gwanda and shocking enough we found met another intercity bus frm pta in Gwanda at arnd 9pm as it had a breakdown in Musina of which that bus was suppose to be in byo at arnd 8am the same morning, well we left Gwanda and jus a km the bus brokedown, the drivers organised for us to board a paserby bus that was full for us to get to the border, we were forced to travel in that bus standing for 3hrs to the border yet we paid R450 for a comfortable journey and no explaination was given to us we wre jus told that we will find buses from harare there and we will join in, we got there and we found eagleliner of which they wre helpful bt honestly thats not how to treat ur customers, their service is so bad and i will take further steps abt the matter to whoever is overseeing about buses that come in and go in zimbabwe, we came all the way frm the border to pta sitting uncomfortable yet i paid all that money, thats frm th company
