I applied for 6 Unisa exemptions in July 2012 (9 months ago). I sent several emails and received the same reply: "It is being processed and you will be informed accordingly"
Eventually located a direct number and complained in September 2012 and was immediatly sent an email rejecting 2 modules.
However I was told I will have to wait for the remainder of 4 modules. I emailed once again in April and received the reply: "It is being processed and you will be informed accordingly"
I dare not call again...
