I have been battling for 7 weeks to "Claim missing miles" on behalf of my wife --see voyager number included. I have sent (to voyager service recovery and [Email Removed] at least 10 emails include by request, a copy of her ID an a copy of her boarding pass. Initially I attempted to claim on their web site- this was a failure- it does not work. The service recovery email address now reports that the mailbox is full.
Service from SAA is abysmal.
Can someone look up those emails and fix.
