Missing Voyager Miles!!!

I am extremely unhappy with SAA Voyager, I have booked return flights from Johannesburg via Dubai to London Gatwick on Emirates and added my voyager number in the specified area online. I came back from London, arrived home, checked my status and no emirates miles added. Now the question is where the $#@%& is my miles???
