Voyager has owed me miles for a trip to the USA since October 2012. After months of correspondence and having couriered my original documentation to Voyager they finally acknowledged via e-mail that they owe me the miles, but now claim they do not know how to add them to my account! Every time they tell me to wait 14 days, after which I contact them, only to hear that they have done nothing and I have to wait another 14 days.
