I just want to thank Kulula for the excellent service that I received last month. Personal circumstances resulted in me missing the flight that I had booked. I had forgotten to change my flight details and when I contacted the Kulula call centre to find out if there was anything that could be done I was pleasantly surprised when asked if I wanted to book another flight or get a full refund. Due to the circumstances I asked for a refund which I received a couple of days ago. The lady that helped me was fantastic (unfortunately I can't remember her name) and my faith in customer service was restored!!! Thank you so much to the lady that helped me, to her team leader and to Kulula. You guys rock and will always be my number one choice!! Definitely the best South African Airway!!
