Recently checked my flights against my voyager miles recieved. I realised that many of my flights has not been loaded and recieved no miles. I contacted the call center to rectify this. Their systems is forever not working or off line. They promise to call back but never do. I have been struggling for more than a week now to have this matter sorted out. Meanwhile i can not use my miles to make reservations for flights due to their incompetence.
