Mislaid luggage not delivered as promised

Dear BA

When your representatives at the airport repeatedly assured me that my bag will be delivered at my guest house by end of day yesterday, I had no reason not to believe them. I am now in the unfortunate posi tion of not having access tot everything I need to look and feel good to chair a conference stream is the morning including an early and good night's sleep.

Please advise.
