We requested (on numerous times) SEA facing rooms with the agent and this was communicated to the Holiday Factory. The Holiday factory forgot to attend to this special request, which was really IMPORTANT to us.
This was the blatant, poor response received (REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!)

WE EVEN HAD THE SEA VIEW ROOMS REQUEST IN WRITING, CONFIRMED TO US. ONLY AN APOLOGY IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU SPEND R150K ON A TRIP. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE FLIGHT CENTRE!!!
